Discover Roberts Family Farms in Sandwich, IL
Established in 2014, we started with a small flock of chickens on a 5 acre parcel. Three years later, in 2017, we added our 41 acre location with cows, sheep, and Ella, our donkey. Since then, we've expanded our offerings for you to enjoy. Come out and see what we have to offer as you take in the scenery!

Grass Fed Meats and Fresh Produce
At Roberts Family Farms in Sandwich, we offer grass fed beef, pork, and lamb for you to purchase. We also offer seasonal delicious produce to our customers and farm fresh eggs. We believe that everyone should have access to healthy, nutritious food, and we are committed to making that a reality.
Craft beer, cider, and spirits
We offer a 12 tap system featuring craft beers, cider, and spirits for your enjoyment. Special weekends feature live music and food on Friday evening and Saturday. There is a large indoor space as well as a large patio, covered converted grain bin, and ample grass for you to sit and take in the sites on the farm!
Farm Store
A wide array of products are available for purchase.
- hand crafted blankets, quilts, hats, gloves, and other apparel
- Naked Bee products, Farmhouse candles, Chateau Chantal wines, and Bones coffee
- children's clothes, toys, and all things baby
- doormats, prayer poles, woodworking and other home decor
- spices, teas, honey, oils and vinegars for your cooking needs. Our stock is constantly evolving!
Fall on the Farm
Pumpkins are picked and ready for you to take home.
- Small jack be littles and other gourds $1 each
- Medium size Cinderella pumpkins $5 each
- Large carving pumpkins $7 each
- We also have extra large decorating pumpkins - some over 100 pounds - $10-15 each
Yoga and other offerings
We are currently offering yoga classes every Saturday at 9 a.m. (45 minute session). No registration required; drop in fee $10 ($15 if you want a Mimosa afterward). Yoga will continue through mid-October ,weather permitting.
We hope to offer Indigo dying classes, crochet groups, and other interactive programs. Keep an eye out for updates!
Not even our own...
Our donkey, Ella, is there to keep the herd safe from predators - like coyotes- which look a lot like dogs (especially to Ella). To make sure we don't disturb Ella - which would really disturb her herd - we cannot allow any time of canine friend on our property. Thank you for your cooperation.
